A very busy wedding filled Christmas - December 2015

Christmas is a very busy period for weddings, and this year has been no different for me. Over the last two weeks or so I have driven over a thousand miles in photographing a number of wonderful wedding days, from on my doorstep in Worcestershire to the Lake District.

I visited New House Farm in the Lake District on two occasions, which was particularly challenging considering the weather that the people in Cumbria have been having to deal with over the last few weeks (Storm Frank swept through on the evening of Siobhan and Andrews wedding day). The weather on Matt and Kerry's special day was equally as bad. However, it didn't spoil either wedding day... they were two really enjoyable weddings to be a part of.

I also spent a day at Curradine Barns in Worcestershire to photograph Nick and Amy's wedding day. Curradine Barns is a venue I had heard of lot about from other Photographer friends in the area but had not visited before so it was great to work somewhere new, for two really wonderful people.

Thank you so much to Matt & Kerry, Nick & Amy and Siobhan & Andrew for making me so welcome, and for making my working days so very enjoyable. I will share more images from these weddings in the coming weeks but now I get to grab a bit of a rest (and take a much needed holiday) before it all starts again in the spring!!
