Back in flaming June (as opposed to flaming May or flaming July as far as our summer is going) Lana and Nick were married at stunning Abbey House Gardens in Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

Now, this is going to be an epic post.... the short-lived attempt at short blog posts is long since done with.... this wedding was no exaggeration, stunning.

My day started with me feeling a little under the weather.... but numerous medicines and remedies meant I got to Malmesbury 'just about' resembling a human person. It didn't last long though.... by about wedding breakfast time I had completely lost my voice which was to say the very least, a challenge. I must thank Lana and Nick for their understanding and patience in dealing with my communication issues.

Anyway, Abbey House Gardens is a truly stunning wedding venue, both in terms of the inside and outdoor spaces. It felt like we were on the move throughout the day but I'm fairly sure we only scratched the surface of this amazing location.

Before I sign off, I must give a shout out to Daniele from Dfilms.co.uk (a wonderfully friendly and talented videographer) and to the folks that did such a wonderful job with the flowers throughout the day, Persephone Violet. The environment and horticulture are very important elements of Lana and Nicks lives and this was reflected greatly in the work that the florists did as well as throughout the venue itself.

Anyway, the suns shining, it's baking hot and I have been stuck in front of this computer all week, so I will leave you with a *few* images from Lana and Nicks gorgeous day......
